Video is a versatile way to interact with audiences across many platforms. For Start County School's Mental Health Week, I wanted to get students from all the participating schools to create a video sharing Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health's message of awareness. However, due to Covid-19 restrictions, I was unable to go into the schools to film the students myself. This worried me because not many people know how to film a video that looks professional. 

The solution: create a simple, yet thorough, guide that could teach an inexperienced teacher or administrator how to film a semi-professional video with their phone.  

One of my tasks at this internship was to take complex, psychology-based medical material from the organization's therapists and turn it into a blog post that average parents and teachers would find interesting and comprehensible. The key was to find examples of complicated concepts and use stories to draw a reader's interest.

In some blogs, I was allowed a bit more creative liberty and could share my own opinion– like in this third example. 

Some projects I've completed for this internship involved designing t-shirts, social media content, and brochures. I love working with the Adobe Creative Suite to create these projects. This design was put on t-shirts for participating C&A staff members to wear at a partnership event with Lake High School and the Q92 radio station during Stark County Schools Mental Health Week. 

For this campaign, I also created a unity video for Stark County Schools Mental Health Awareness Week. This short video features student champions from all participating school districts in Stark County and allowed me to gain more experience in the Adobe Cloud creative software. 

The video was then used across multiple social media platforms and pages to promote what this week represented. Other shorter videos were incorporated throughout this PR campaign as well to further the points made in this video through a more personal approach.
